Low-cost carrier Sun Country Airlines has kicked off the first-ever flights from Minneapolis to Turks and Caicos.
The new service to Providenciales officially launched this past weekend, with weekly nonstop flights on Saturdays.
It’s a major new gateway for travelers in the Midwest to Turks and Caicos, which has been one of the Caribbean’s hottest destinations amid the pandemic.
