Detailed Information

The Salt Raker Inn is a historic landmark located on Duke Street. The main building was originally built as a residence for Bermudian shipwright Jonathan Glass in the 1850’s. Using shipwright skills and techniques, it has withstood many hurricanes. During the 20th century the main building was converted into a guesthouse. While still decidedly historic in character, modern conveniences have been added to enhance the experience.
