Salterra, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa will be opening their $130M development project in February 2025 on South Caicos in the Turks and Caicos Islands. The resort will feature 100 luxurious rooms, including 52 one- and two-bedroom suites and two penthouse Governor’s Suites; all rooms will have ocean front or ocean facing views.
The resort will have six food and beverage options – with beachfront bar and grill; fine dining and a grab-n-go café. Other amenities include the expansive lagoon-style swimming pool, kids’ splash pool and hot tub, as well as a kids’ club and fitness center. The full-service spa at Salterra will be a quiet sanctuary of relaxation and rejuvenation. From young families to the seasoned adventurous, Salterra will also have a dedicated concierge service offering curated excursions for guests of all ages, including diving among the eagle rays, kayaking to uninhabited islands, whale watching charters, bone fishing adventures or guided birdwatching walks.
