JetBlue Airways will add two more routes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport — its seventh and eighth of the year.
The airline in November will add nonstop service to Charleston, S.C., and Providenciales, Turks & Caicos.
The new Charleston service, set to begin Nov. 19, should lead to more meetings, conventions and business travel for the region, Fernando Harb, vice president of tourism sales for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, said in a statement.
Service from Turks and Caicos will expand the area’s reach to the important Caribbean market, Harb added.
