JetBlue said last week that it plans to start servicing Charleston, South Carolina and Turks and Caicos later this year from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
The airline will start flying daily nonstop service between Fort Lauderdale and Charleston International Airport on Nov. 19.
JetBlue is still waiting for government approval before starting service to and from Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos, which is a small island southeast of the Bahamas.
Both flights will operate with an Embraer 190 aircraft, which seats 100 passengers, the Miami Herald reports.
