Calling all food and wine lovers to attend the annual Caribbean Food and Wine Festival which features the crème de la crème of the culinary and wine arena with the setting being ‘Beautiful by Nature’ Turks and Caicos Islands.

Entering the charming entrance of the cottage, I was greeted by a familiar, friendly face and warmth that is second nature to Caribbean natives. My early arrival briefly interrupted her picking callaloo from the gardens but she ushered me into her private deck where the magic happens.
